“Yoga has been in my life to support me, guide me, hold me, ground me, nourish me and ultimately help me reconnect to myself”

 Over the last decade, there have been many forms of yoga that I have tried and practiced and eventually brought me to wanting to dive deeper into the philosophy and history of this practice. 

I graduated from the HEAL EVOLVE THRIVE Yoga Teacher Training Program, with a 200 Hour Yoga Certification in 2021. This program was really amazing and extremely special as it allowed me to start to understand a lot about myself on both an emotional and physical level. The program also offered an additional certification of Trauma Informed Movement and Presence (Level 1) which I feel is an extremely beneficial and important piece of education when we are working in the realm of both touch and movement.

I think yoga can be whatever you need it to be. Sometimes it can be a reminder that you are disconnected from yourself, and too come back. Sometimes it can be a moment in your day where you can be alone in your body. Whatever you need it to be, yoga and yoga practices can help support you on your wellness journey. 

In my teachings, I want to create a safe space for my students, that is welcoming and non-judgemental. Where humans can feel strong, safe and magical! I want to share my energy and passion for taking care of that internal energy with those that need it the most - I truly believe, that those who I connect with both on and off the mat, in whatever capacity are the ones that I am supposed to. 

I AM READY TO SUPPORT YOU. I AM READY GUIDE YOU. I AM MAGIC. YOU ARE MAGIC.
