 1:1 Consultations

20 Minute Nutrition Consult – FREE 

This is a great way for us to meet, chat about what you are looking for and figure out if I am the right fit for you before diving into a full consultation. If I am the right practitioner for you, we will develop a plan for upcoming appointments that works for you and your schedule.

 Initial Consultation

We will take an in-depth look into your health history, diet, lifestyle and environment as well as any health goals or concerns you might have. Together we will devise a plan, including recommendations on ways you can be supported through lifestyles changes, diet and supplementation. We will carefully review any nutrient deficiencies or imbalances so that we can develop a strategy that will work best for your individual body and mind. The goal is to work on building wellness and to help your body normalize itself, by providing recommendations for small effective changes, so you do not leave this appointment feeling discouraged or overwhelmed, but instead excited and optimistic for a healthy future.

Follow-up Consultation

These appointments allow us to check in, further educate, help you stay motivated and keep you on track with your goals. We will make adjustments where needed in lifestyle, diet and supplementation, add new recipes and spruce up your meal plans.

 

Customized Meal Plans

Choose from either 7, 14 or 21 day meal plan packages.

This meal plan can be an additional resource added to your plan for existing clients, or it can be a customized tool provided to anyone who is following a specific diet protocol, including: food allergies, blood sugar balance, gut health issues, nutrient deficiencies etc.

Grocery Store Tour

We will meet at the market/ grocery store, so that together we can find the right ingredients to fit your diet and lifestyle. This tour can also include education and information on food labels and ingredient lists.
